    No insulin needed a T1Ds electrolyte dream…

    Okay… I know I’ve only had ONE. Literally today! But first thoughts? Absolutely SENSATIONAL.

    I’ve tried so many electrolyte mixes before — and as someone who only drinks plain water (never squash, never juice, nothing flavoured ever 🤣) — this one is an absolute game changer. No overly sweet or salty taste like some others (looking at you, Liquid IV 👀). Just clean, refreshing, perfectly balanced hydration.

    And here’s the biggest win for me… as a Type One Diabetic, finding electrolytes I can actually drink without having to inject insulin first is huge. It’s freedom in a sachet. Hydration that actually supports my training, recovery, and health without the spike.

    So yes — SULT officially has a new number one fan (and even more so now that Soph’s joined the team 💪). Massive thanks and congrats to Henry and Milly for creating something genuinely brilliant. You’ve nailed it.

    These are 100% coming with me to Chicago for the marathon — and every marathon after that. Sensational from start to finish 🩵💧

    The Holy Grail

    I’ve tried countless hydration products over the years, but Sult feels different—it’s not just an electrolyte mix, it’s a mindset. I used to blame lunch for my afternoon naps and needing another coffee to survive.. turns out I just needed Sult !! Now I get clean, steady energy without the food coma. My new afternoon ritual: skip the slump, sip Sult, finish strong. It's basically my anti-nap hack, and this girl loves a long a$$ nap. Honestly, I thought electrolytes were just for workouts, but Sult proved me wrong. It has completely changed the game and tastes SO refreshing. Love you Sult

    Best Start UP

    I love my water bottle it is so cool and I can now drink so much water (and get compliments from people at work).

    Aside from the amazing products that sult offers I just wanted to do a massive shout out to both Henry and Milly who are genuinely lovely people always responding via Instagram (great customer service). As I have always said what makes it special is the founders that is exactly the same with Sult. So to both of you, keep going and I can’t wait to see both as a fan of start ups and as a fan of Sult what Sult offers next ♥️
